This is the lesser known Sister of Stuff The Consequences. Although she may be feeble and uninteresting, Stuff The Consequences lets her hang around.
But in all seriousness, this is the blog managed by Andy Francis, and is all about the Canoe Polo happenings of Cardiff Canoe Polo Club. Pro-crastinate is the Cardiff based kayaking team that Rob Haley of STC paddles with most of the time. Fran Smith is the mastermind behind the group, and there is always something exciting coming from these guys.
